Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator
, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth recruiting processes, accurate data management, and compliance across hiring activities, all while supporting programs that help bring in top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage job requisitions and position data within SuccessFactors.
- Post and maintain openings across internal and external job boards.
- Review hiring data, offer letters, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning.
- Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, and internal mobility.
- Assist with the adoption and use of updated talent acquisition processes and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related operations support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
- Background supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume, or mobility) preferred.
- Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance preferred.
