The Marketing Manager will develop and execute multichannel digital campaigns that resonate with current and prospective clients, while also partnering closely with the Marketing Director to help develop the regional content strategy, execute marketing events, plan and managed digital campaigns from email to PPC/Adwords and Linkedin (Organic + PPC). Be a key ally for our two key partners Sitecore and Salesforce – building lasting relationships with our key stakeholders and essentially act as an extension of their Marketing team to enable Horizontal to build deeper relationships resulting in new opportunities and recognition above our competition. This is covering the UK markets whilst supporting EMEA as a whole.

As a key member of the Marketing organization at Horizontal Digital, you are required to manage and build working relationships with our global marketing teams with a view to share ideas, campaigns, re-purpose campaigns and content for our markets. The global teams include the UAE, KSA, USA and India.

What you'll do (UK):

  • Work with the Marketing Director to develop an annual marketing plan for the UK and execution strategy for both Sitecore and Salesforce practices

  • Develop and execute detailed campaigns - this includes: identifying goals, creating messaging & collateral, executing within marketing distribution channels, and reporting success metrics.

  • Event execution will be critial to your job role and this is something you have a knack for. Both large conferences and smaller tactical events. This is something you can pick up and execute from start to finish.

  • Collaborate to with our UAE, KSA, US & India counterparts as support mechanisms to develop Google PPC campaigns, and digital and email content to generate demand and pipeline.

  • Create and maintain marketing campaign calendar

  • Help formulate a strategy for increasing event participation, revenue growth and community awareness around our Sitecore & Salesforce practices with the support of the local marketing team and leadership team

  • Support the Marketing Assistant with their activities providing support and feedback as required. Also managing your own workload and passing on tasks to the marketing assistant as you see fit

  • Provide support and oversight to third-party agencies

  • Build relationships and be a key marketing partner to both of our main partners and support them in delivering marketing campaigns with the support of the local marketing team

  • Support around PR, case studies and social media planning and execution

  • Support and deliver with the Marketing Director key reporting metrics for the key stakeholders in Dubai but also globally

  • From time to time support in other marketing tasks outside of the above as required

  • Support in delivering the marketing budget and keeping a track of costs including Marketing Development Funds via our key partners

What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience creating and managing cross-channel campaigns, including email, web, paid media and content syndication – not mandatory but desire to learn

  • 5+ years experience managing marketing automation tools, DXPs and reporting technologies – not mandatory but desire to learn

  • A desire to learn and support our key partners in delivering exceptional marketing campaigns for the benefit of Horizontal Digital

  • Desire to learn and enhance your knowledge of Google PPC, Pardot, ABM tools

  • From time to time you will be required to travel for the execution of campaigns in our key markets such as KSA and UAE but not limited to these

  • Overall be a key player in building the brand, story and growth for our agency
