Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Support team members with various clerical duties to enhance productivity.
Skills
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with office software applications.
- Experience in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- MUST be bilingual.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not required.
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred.
