Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Project Coordinator to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA.

General Responsibilities:

· Work With PMs Daily on Scheduling, Job Costing, Ordering Materials, Estimates, etc.

· Create Monthly Project Pay Apps for Customers

· Enter Project Change Orders as Needed

· Create & Modify Project Schedules as well as Master Schedules

· Create & Mail Subcontracts as Required

· Weekly Tracking of Project Expenditures

· Update Work in Progress Regularly

· Customer Aging Report and Follow-up with PMs & Customers Regarding Payment Issues

· Work with Subcontractors and Vendors as Required or Requested by PMs
