Business Development Representative (Tech - Insurance)

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business:
    Build and grow a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic referrals.
  • Be a trusted partner:
    Uncover client needs, analyze multiple solutions, and guide them through critical decisions.
  • Retain and grow accounts:
    Provide best-in-class support to earn renewals, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
  • Master your process:
    Manage your funnel, forecast in Salesforce, and continuously refine your sales approach.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (3.0+ GPA)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; prior B2B/B2C sales a plus
  • Competitive, curious, and proactive with strong relationship-building skills
