2 to 5 years of B2B outside sales or business development experience required.

Business Development Representative
to join a growing and dynamic team In this role, you will to drive new business growth across a wide range of industries, including corporate offices, fitness centers, medical facilities, financial institutions, restaurants, and industrial sites.

Job Description:
- Identify, qualify, and close new commercial cleaning contracts within assigned territory.
- Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Manage and track leads, appointments, and proposals using ZoHo CRM.
- Collaborate with internal sales support to prepare and deliver client proposals.
- Conduct site assessments and professional presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Represent the company at networking and business development events as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed performance goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (ZoHo preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with executives and facility managers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
