Lemonade Productions MN LLC is a creative agency specializing in copywriting, graphic design, animation, and video production. We've just completed our second year in business, and we are continuously and steadily growing in sales, clients, and projects. To help manage the increased workload, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Project Coordinator.

The Project Manager/Project Coordinator help manage production workflows, keep projects moving, and support our creative team, working closely with the CEO. This role blends coordination, light production support, and process development. It's a good fit for someone who already has a full-time career and wants extra work during the holidays or someone currently building toward a master's degree in a related field.

Although the work is remote, we encourage applicants who are local and open to occasional on-site support.

What You'll Do

  • Manage timelines, milestones, and project trackers across multiple productions
  • Coordinate communication between clients, crew, and internal teams
  • Support the development and rollout of a project management platform (ClickUp, Asana, , or similar)
  • Create and maintain project documentation like schedules, call sheets, deliverable logs, and meeting notes
  • Assist with pre-production tasks such as research, resource planning, and logistics
  • Provide remote production support, including coordinating schedules, tracking revisions, and organizing project assets
  • Join occasional on-site shoots when available (not required for every project)

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Production Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Comfortable setting up and managing workflows, templates, and systems inside project management software
  • Clear communication style, strong follow-through, and the ability to keep a lot of moving pieces organized
  • Solid time management and the ability to shift between multiple projects
  • Familiarity with video production or creative workflows is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Local applicants or current students pursuing a relevant master's degree are encouraged to apply

Contract Details

  • This is a 1099 contract position
  • Hours vary based on project load
  • Pay is based on experience
  • Work your own schedule, we just need you to deliver tasks when they are due.
