Job Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our project initiatives, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and executed. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, implementation, and monitoring. You'll harness your skills in change management and agile methodologies to guide projects from inception to completion, all while fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation.
What you'll do
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress.
- Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts to ensure compliance with project goals.
- Lead program development initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and PMBOK.
Basic qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related fields.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
- Experience with data analysis tools for effective decision-making.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ERP systems is a plus.
