Fab Build Pro is a construction and roofing company. We provide a broad suite of services—roof repair and replacement, storm damage restoration, siding, windows, gutters, remodeling, and more.

We are looking for an individual to join us as a remote Project Coordinator. This is an entry-level and fully remote role.The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from inception through completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client communication are all maintained. Because this is a remote position, strong organizational and communication skills are critical. You will work closely with on-site crews, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (estimators, sales, permitting, purchasing, field ops) to align tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Prepare project documentation, including scope statements, change orders, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, flagging risks or delays early.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, site visits, inspections as needed.
  • Maintain timely, clear, and transparent communication with clients (e.g. project status updates, expectations, changes).
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, or requests in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Assist with vendor sourcing, obtaining quotes, and comparing options.
  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and materials inventory.
  • Help coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries to job sites, arranging for tools or equipment, and coordinating subcontractor schedules.
  • Monitor project progress versus plan (time, cost, scope) and report deviations.
  • Assist in preparing regular status reports and dashboards for management.
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements for continuous optimization.
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance tasks (gathering documents, preparing forms, tracking approvals).
  • Manage project files and documentation (digital and physical) to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and organized.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking related to projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties (e.g. scheduling, correspondence, follow-ups, data entry).

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School, Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
