Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Catalyst Consulting, you'll be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of clients, ensuring each engagement runs smoothly and successfully. You'll act as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications across Slack, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and trust.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and paid media performance benchmarks.
  • Translate marketing and performance data into clear, actionable insights and next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and timelines.
  • Lead recurring client meetings and performance reviews, maintaining alignment and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, campaign outcomes, and account growth.
  • Support client retention through exceptional service and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Skilled at balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution and coordination.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and discussing performance metrics with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in digital marketing or paid advertising (agency experience preferred).
  • Confident in leading client meetings and facilitating collaboration across teams.
  • Basic familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Ads, and project management platforms.
