Event Management Specialists
ready to build real-world communication, coordination, and leadership foundations.

What You'll Be Doing

This role keeps you in motion. You'll be the face of on-site activations — greeting attendees, sharing information, and making sure the event atmosphere stays sharp and inviting.

Your day may include:

  • Talking with attendees and sharing campaign information naturally
  • Keeping the event space organized, clean, and visually appealing
  • Helping coordinate event flow as crowds shift
  • Taking notes, tracking daily activity details, and reporting observations
  • Working alongside team leads to maintain smooth event operations
  • Supporting newer teammates as you grow in skill and confidence

Every event has its own pace — you'll learn how to adjust and stay effective no matter the environment.

  • Comfortable being on your feet for most of the day
  • Available for occasional evening or weekend events

Experience is not required — we train you thoroughly.
