— someone passionate about building new client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving business growth in key markets.

What You'll Do

  • Engage new clients via LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Procurement, HR, and IT leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with delivery and sales support to design client-focused staffing solutions.
  • Use JobDiva CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management and forecasting.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in staffing, consulting, or B2B sales (IT staffing preferred).
  • Proven success selling directly to clients (non-MSP).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, discipline, and accountability.
