We're seeking a Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in BDR/BDE roles selling to insurance carriers, TPAs, and Fortune 500 companies. Our ideal candidate is energized by prospecting and lives for that moment when a prospect says, "Tell me more."

- Identify insurance carriers who need our outsourced subrogation recovery services
- Qualify prospects and make them realize what they're missing
- Set the stage for our Subrogation Practice Leader to pitch and close transformational deals
Every qualified meeting you arrange drives profitable revenue and expands our client portfolio.

- Qualify leads and build relationships that pave the way for sales engagement
- Support marketing efforts with pre- and post-campaign follow-ups

OBJECTIVE
The role of the Business Development Executive is to perform lead generation, cross selling, relationship building, and prospecting. This position will build a solid and consistent portfolio of Subrogation Recovery Services clients, effectively driving new, profitable monthly revenue. Comprehensively focus towards arranging face-to-face meetings between the Subrogation Practice Leader and key client decision makers to ensure continual new client acquisitions.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads within Insurance space
- Identify and research potential clients then initiate contact through various channels including phone/cold calling, email, campaigns, and social media to qualify leads
- Provide the Insurance Subrogation Sales team with thoroughly vetted leads and cultivate relationships with prospects, establishing them as potential clients and paving the way for sales team engagement
- Support Marketing in lead-generating activities, doing pre- and/or post follow-up campaigns on Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Record all communications and activity in the CRM software to track leads, manage client interaction, and monitor sales performance.
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES
- Field cross selling opportunities from internal parties and distribute appropriately to outside sales executives
- Work with sales and marketing to prepare and supply information, collateral, or any other requested information from prospects
- Conduct market research to discover untapped markets and industries to identify new opportunities
- Track sales activities in the CRM; prepare and submit regular sales reports as required
- Upsell and cross sell services
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues
- Develop effective sales strategies and identify opportunities to improve sales performance
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas
Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions
- Assist in sales project work as required
- Act as backup to other members of the sales Departments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted wit.

WORK HOURS:
This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, subject to change with advanced notice. Specific schedules will be assigned on an individual basis by the manager/supervisor of the position. This position may be required to work off-hours to accommodate our clients and/or time zones.
TRAVEL:
Travel will be required to attend training, prospect meetings and/or industry events.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 plus experience in a related commercial insurance sales role
FLUENCY
This position requires fluency in the English language.
