About Mass Insight
Mass Insight Education & Research is a Boston-based nonprofit serving schools and students nationwide. We partner with states, districts, schools, and other stakeholders across the U.S. to create K-12 education systems and programs that meet the needs of all students preparing them to fulfill their academic potential and pursue choice-filled lives.
Our Commitment to a Respectful and Supportive Workplace
We are committed to building an organization where every individual is valued for their unique perspectives and contributions. We invite and encourage our current and future team members to join us in creating a workplace grounded in respect, fairness, and opportunity for all.
Consultant Position Summary
Mass Insight is building a small pool of part-time consultants on our Program Team, preferably based in the Northeast, who are excited to bring their expertise to short-term, part-time projects in response to evolving partner and business needs. This flexible model allows us to quickly match expertise with need, while offering consultants the opportunity to contribute to impactful work in the education space. Assignments would go through June 2026. However, there may be an opportunity for an extension beyond June 2026 contingent upon contract renewal and unchanged scope.
Part-time Consultants play a key role, partnering with school leaders, primarily, and at times with district leaders to assess, plan, implement and evaluate strategies to improve student achievement and school performance. - Collaboration and coordination with internal team members and district partners, as needed.
- Collaborate with Directors/Managers to ensure ongoing communication, updates, and/or problem solving as needed.
