Part Time Corporate Partnership Director

About the Role
The successful candidate will be asked to work 20 hours per week, work remotely, and can set their own schedule. This is an independent contractor position that is non-capped, 100% commission based. The Corporate Partnership Director will report directly to the CEO and will be expected to provide bi-weekly reports.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who seeks a work life balance, is a self-starter, is results-driven, and can grow with our organization. This role combines proactive prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and deal execution. You will play a key role in expanding neighborhood bridges' footprint by nurturing leads, conducting virtual sponsorship pitches, and closing high-volume transactions across the country. This position will play a vital role in helping neighborhood bridges achieve it's BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) of directly impacting one million students in need by the end of 2027.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound efforts and follow-up on inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects using discovery conversations to uncover budget, authority, need, timeline, and fit (BANT).
- Strategically map neighborhood bridges communities and identify key decision makers and influencers within prospective partner organizations.
- Present and confidently articulate neighborhood bridges mission and goals.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain deal hygiene.
- Build and deliver tailored proposals and pricing strategies in collaboration with the CEO.
- Navigate complex decision-making structures to progress deals and manage pipeline velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in non-profit work, K-12 or public sector markets.
- Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and new customer acquisition.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills; able to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Experience in social media.
- Experience in cold-calling and presenting to C-Level individuals.
- Go getter who is results-driven.
Our goal is to have the successful candidate begin working on December 1, 2025 or sooner.
