You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic relationship-building with hands-on sales execution. Your days will be filled with dynamic conversations: guiding agents to crush quotas, onboarding new partners with confidence, and collaborating with field teams to amplify our market presence. With every call, email, or training session, you'll champion our brand, refine processes, and ensure seamless alignment between agents and company goals.

  • Follow the established Model Sales Process (MSP) and sales cadence (calls, emails, texts) to increase agency adoption and production.
  • Overcome objections and leverage critical thinking to identify opportunities for expanding agent performance and market share.
  • Drive new agency onboarding by leading training sessions, ensuring product/guideline proficiency, and collaborating with field Territory Managers to achieve quote adoption.
  • Partner with field Territory Managers (TMs) and National Accounts teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective growth targets.
  • Serve as backup support for sales administration, licensing tasks, and special projects as needed.
  • Diligently track and document all agent interactions, including discussion points, follow-up tasks, and scheduled future engagements.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of agent requests.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings with Sales leadership to refine tactics, share feedback, and adapt to evolving business needs.
