About the Role:

Nation Security is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to help us attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent for our private security teams. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring that our hiring strategies support the company's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for security positions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and fit for security roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications in accordance with security industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and recruitment standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the security or related industries.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and hire qualified candidates for security roles.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of background check procedures and legal requirements specific to the security sector.
