We are seeking a highly experienced and fluent bilingual (English and Spanish) security professional to serve as our Director of Security for a prestigious client in the heart of the Brickell area. In this pivotal, high-visibility role, you will be the driving force behind the security operations at a luxury riverfront condominium, ensuring an exceptional level of safety, service, and professionalism for residents, personnel, and valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities and Impact

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and continually refine strategic security plans tailored to the unique high-end requirements of the luxury property.
  • Team Excellence: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of security professionals. This includes overseeing all aspects of the team lifecycle: recruitment, rigorous training, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development.
  • Client Partnership (Bilingual Focus): Serve as the primary security liaison, collaborating closely with the client to assess their specific needs, craft customized security solutions, and ensure clear, professional communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Risk Management: Proactively assess potential security risks, implementing advanced mitigation strategies and ensuring robust security protocols and compliance are maintained at all times.
  • Operational Reporting: Deliver accurate, concise, and timely reports to senior management regarding operations, incidents, and emerging security trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to consistently elevate the quality and sophistication of our security services.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in private security, with at least three (3) years successfully managing or supervising security teams, preferably within a luxury, high-value, or residential setting.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Required fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling professional communication, client relations, and team leadership.
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining an unrelenting focus on superior customer service and satisfaction.
  • Technical Acumen: Profound, up-to-date knowledge of security principles, protocols, best practices, and proficiency in utilizing modern security-related technologies and software.
