Spanish-Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Market (Miami, On-Site)

Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL

Package: $50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission

InterEx Group is hiring driven, Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding US team. Based in our Miami office, you'll focus on the LATAM technology market- building relationships, identifying top talent, and partnering with some of the world's leading tech-driven companies.

No prior recruitment experience is required.
We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your ambition, resilience, and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You'll receive full, structured training from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn to run a full 360 desk—covering both client and candidate management (full training provided).
  • Build strong relationships across the LATAM tech market.
  • Win new business through proactive outreach, sales calls, and networking.
  • Source, interview, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles.
  • Work toward weekly and monthly targets with ongoing support.
  • Become a specialist in Data, SAP, or CRM recruitment.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven by achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Background in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus (but not essential).
