This vital role coordinates field personnel, clients, and internal departments, ensuring seamless daily operations. Core Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to client sites and assigned posts in real time.
  • Communications Hub: Manage high-volume incoming phone calls, emails, and radio communications with urgency and professionalism.
  • Front Desk Support: Welcome and assist visitors, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs, document shift activities, and prepare daily operational reports.
  • Monitoring & Support: Monitor field officer activity, promptly addressing staffing or coverage needs.
  • Emergency Response: Remain calm, resourceful, and effective during emergencies or unexpected challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in dispatch, call center, front desk, or administrative support.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and dispatch systems.
  • Behavior: Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Security industry experience or familiarity with Miami-Dade County areas is a plus.
