Job Summary

Doggett is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This dedicated, non-sales role is essential in driving vehicle acquisitions by leveraging our internal database and working collaboratively with various departments. This individual will focus on generating quality appointments and opportunities through effective prospecting and follow-up—creating a seamless VIP experience for our customers and a stronger connection between Fixed and Variable Operations.

Essential Functions

  • Prospect and follow up through multiple sources including
  • Auto Alert Database
  • Service Appointments
  • E-leads
  • Walk-in Traffic
  • Create high-quality appointments and opportunities without engaging in direct sales
  • Conduct trade-in evaluations and push vehicle details into V-Auto with accurate information and photos
  • Perform customer walk-arounds and needs analysis based on Auto Alert processes
  • Coordinate with service advisors, sales managers, and the dedicated acquisition team to ensure VIP appointment handling
  • Maintain accurate logs in Auto Alert and other lead management platforms
  • Facilitate clear communication between departments to optimize customer experience and internal preparedness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presence on-site

Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (Auto Alert, V-Auto, E-leads, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
