About the Opportunity

CRNT USA is a fast-growing renewable energy company based in Southern California, dedicated to helping homeowners transition to clean, affordable solar energy. We're looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our Solar Sales Team and grow into future leaders within the green energy industry.

As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll connect with homeowners through community outreach and in-person engagement to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and help them find the right solution for their home. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with homeowners through neighborhood and community outreach.
  • Present tailored solar energy solutions and explain cost-saving benefits.
  • Learn and apply proven sales strategies with full training and support.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent CRNT USA with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn — no prior solar experience required (training provided).
  • Comfortable interacting with people and working toward measurable goals.
  • Valid CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license (required for experienced level roles).
  • Eligible to operate as an independent contractor.
