Position Overview:
This is a highly dynamic role supporting data center engineering projects of all sizes, from minor retrofit work to major campus-scale expansions. The right candidate will be flexible, execution-driven, and comfortable owning a wide range of project scopes. This role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as designing mechanical systems for building construction, engineering calculations and specifications, creating 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models in Revit, managing engineering design projects, and traveling to project locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with project teams.

Project Types:
Data Centers, mostly tied to AI and liquid-to-chip cooling systems.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
  • 5–10+ years engineering project management
  • Data center experience preferred (but open)
  • Proficiency in Revit Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Experience in facilities or data centers is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, and client stakeholders
