Title:
End to End Test Lead/Program Leader
Location:
100% remote but prefer Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX
Duration:
12+ month contract (typically 36 months) with possible conversion
Interview Process:
One and done 30-minute MS Teams
Must Haves:
- 10-15 years of testing experience
- Strong understanding of microservices and the complexities that comes with testing
- Strong enterprise level experience (this team is working with and coordinating with 30-50 teams at a time)
- Comfortability with communicating with VPs, C-suite, and senior executives
- Need people that can help develop processes, ideas, automate things (when it comes to automating, this person would just identify the areas they can automate and then reach out to the engineering teams to do that)
- Experience building system diagrams for core process flows to support test planning and troubleshooting
Plusses:
- Retail experience is ideal (understanding of SKUs, Vendors, etc.)
- EX: Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, etc.
- Experience with agentic development
Job Description:
A fortune 50 retail client is looking for an end-to-end test lead to drive enterprise-level testing initiatives across multiple teams and technologies. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of complex systems. This team is looking for someone that can help develop processes, ideas, automate things (when it comes to automating, this person would identify the areas the team can automate and then reach out to the engineering teams to implement those automations.). This person needs to be curious on how to improve processes and potentially coming up with ideas on how to build agents to speed up processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Lead
: Work with architecture, product, and engineering teams; lead E2E testing engineers and assist with onboarding. - Testing Strategy & Execution
: Develop and manage complex end-to-end test strategies; participate hands-on in test execution (20–30%). - System Analysis & Troubleshooting
: Analyze and optimize systems, review designs, and resolve issues across multiple technologies. - Risk & Process Management
: Assess risks, recommend mitigations, and drive process improvements; maintain documentation. - Coordination & Reporting
: Organize stand-ups and planning sessions; provide timely status updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Automation & Tools
: Create stories for automation, build system diagrams, and (preferred) manage JIRA dashboards and metrics. - Enterprise Leadership
: (Preferred) Experience leading multiple enterprise initiatives concurrently
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
