We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on hunting new business opportunities within the retail CPG sector.  We are seeking a Program Director that will provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight to a portfolio of large-scale ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives. This executive will drive operational excellence, standardize project management practices, and ensure consistent high-quality delivery across all programs. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, executive stakeholder management, and optimizing PMO processes to deliver business value and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Provide executive oversight of all project and program delivery activities for major customer implementations and transformation initiatives.Lead, develop, and mature the Professional Services PMO, establishing best-in-class standards, methodologies, and governance for project execution.Engage directly with C-level client stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.Champion change management strategies to drive adoption of retail and supply chain best practices.Oversee resource planning, budget management (>$10M), and financial tracking across the program/project portfolio.Guide design and development deliverables, ensuring coordination between onshore and offshore teams and alignment with client business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness, risk management, and client satisfaction.Mentor, coach, and develop project managers and consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.Engage in pre-sales activities, partnering with business development to define and present implementation strategies and delivery capabilities.Monitor and report on program metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Resolve complex client and internal challenges, acting as an escalation point for critical issues.Ensure quality of all services and deliverables, maintaining a strong focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.What you will bring to SymphonyAI: 15+ years of progressive experience in retail, supply chain, and merchandising systems, with at least 5 years in a program or portfolio leadership role.Extensive experience overseeing Tier 1 ERP or Supply Chain Management implementations for enterprise clients.Demonstrated success managing teams of 20+ professionals across multiple projects and with budgets in excess of $10M.Deep understanding of complex transformation and change management in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.Strong executive presence and communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships with C-level stakeholders.Expertise in implementing PMO frameworks, project management best practices, and process optimization.Experience managing geographically dispersed teams, including offshore delivery centers.Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as required (primarily within the US).About UsSymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT service management.
