Location: Better Med Spa & Wellness

Salary: $18.00 per hour + sales incentives and benefitsWe are hiring an experienced and motivated Front Desk Receptionist/Coordinator to join our dynamic team

This is a part-time position, and we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage the front desk efficiently. You'll be the face of our business, ensuring customers feel welcomed and cared for while supporting our team in daily operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in customers upon arrival
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings
  • Upsell services, memberships, and products to clients
  • Assist with customer inquiries and explain services/products
  • Process customer payments and check-out procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including light cleaning tasks
  • Ensure Product display is always stocked
  • Ensure the beverage bar is stocked and refreshed for clients throughout the day
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage customer follow-ups and ensure the best client experience
  • Handle daily customer service needs in a positive, professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist role (ideally in a medspa, spa, or similar setting)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sales-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work Tuesdays 9:30 AM - 7:15 PM and Sundays 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Thursdays 9:30 AM - 6:45 PM (required)
  • Ability to pick up extra shifts as needed (required)
  • Ability to work on weekend (required)
