Are you an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills? Join our team at LEGENDARY SPA in Chicago, Illinois as a Front Desk Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the reception area, handling appointments, inquiries, and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency.
- Answer incoming client communication, schedule appointments, and assist clients in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, overseeing retail product displays and promotional materials.
- Process transactions accurately and handle financial responsibilities such as cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Collaborate with service providers and other team members to coordinate the smooth flow of client services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a salon environment a PLUS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with salon software or booking systems is a plus.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
MUST be able to provide evening & weekend availability
