Role Description

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative to join our Fort Worth team.

Do you love helping people find the right solution? Are you hungry to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your effort truly pays off? Then you'll fit right in.

You'll handle warm, qualified leads — no cold calling — and guide homeowners through the HVAC replacement process. You'll manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospects, and work closely with our installation and service teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and follow up on incoming sales leads
  • Guide customers through the HVAC system replacement process
  • Build rapport and ensure every customer feels confident and informed
  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and close sales
  • Track activity and performance using our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Strong data management and organization skills
