We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled VFX Artist to join our YouTube content creation team. This role focuses on crafting engaging 2D and motion graphics effects that elevate storytelling, enhance pacing, and bring dynamic visuals to life across our high-energy videos.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-turnaround environments, collaborates seamlessly with editors and creatives, and knows how to add visual impact without disrupting story flow. If you can blend design, animation, and compositing into seamless, entertaining moments that make viewers say "how did they do that?", this is your role.

• Designing and animating 2D visual effects and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and pacing
• Compositing layered effects into live-action footage using Adobe After Effects and similar tools
• Collaborating with editors to integrate graphics that support retention and viewer engagement
• Creating on-brand visuals that fit the unique tone and personality of MrBeast content
• Troubleshooting and optimizing project files for efficient render and edit handoff
• Keeping up with emerging design and animation trends to continuously raise the creative bar
• Delivering high-quality visuals under tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

• Advanced skill in Adobe After Effects (motion design, rotoscoping, compositing)
• Strong design instincts with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling through motion graphics
• Excellent understanding of timing, typography, and color theory for video content
• Experience working with high-volume digital content
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset — thrives working alongside editors, producers, and creative leads
• A passion for visual experimentation and finding new efficient workflows
• Television experience a plus
