We are seeking ambitious and driven Outside Sales Representatives who will act as regional brokers for Angelique Chocolate. This role is ideal for professionals with strong distributor and wholesaler connections, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to rapidly introduce Angelique Chocolate as both a premium and approachable American brand in the Texas market.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative (operating as a regional broker), you will play a pivotal role in our U.S. expansion:

  • Distributor & Wholesaler Partnerships: Build and expand strong relationships with regional distributors, wholesalers, and large buyers.
  • Market Penetration: Rapidly establish Angelique Chocolate as a premium yet accessible American chocolate brand in your territory.
  • Retail Network Expansion: Secure placements in supermarkets, gourmet shops, convenience stores, hotels, and cafés.
  • Broker-Style Representation: Act as the direct link between Angelique Chocolate and distribution channels, negotiating terms and closing high-volume deals.
  • Brand Activation: Lead tastings, in-store sampling, and product launches to boost awareness of our innovative product line.
  • Sales Growth: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by leveraging your local network.
  • Relationship Building: Use advanced communication and networking skills to create long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Territory Management: Execute a structured regional sales plan to maximize growth and visibility.
  • Market Share insights on competitor activities, consumer preferences, and new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management to align regional sales with Angelique Chocolate's national growth strategy.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $500 per week ($2,000 per month)
  • Commission Structure:
  • 10% on monthly sales up to $35,000
  • 12% on sales between $35,001 – $60,000
  • 15% on sales between $60,001 – $100,000
  • 18% on sales between $100,001 – $150,000
  • 20% on sales above $150,001

(Monthly commissions are capped at $20,000 for balance and sustainability.)

Earning Potential:

  • $35,000 sales → $5,200+/month
  • $60,000 sales → $9,200+/month
  • $100,000 sales → $17,000+/month
  • $150,000+ sales → $22,000+/month (with cap applied)

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (food, beverage, or retail sales strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region.
