The Opportunity

At NextGen we are all about client service and utilize cutting edge technology that requires someone who is a fast learner and comfortable working online and with cloud-based software. Your role will contain varies administrative responsibilities that deliver a "WOW" experience to our elite clientele digitally and in real time. We are looking for our next brilliant, tech-savvy assoicate who will work with our dedicated team, providing administrative support with client communication, maintaining status updates, compiling data for use in accounting and tax returns, and various admin support.

The key responsibilities

As an Administrative Accounting Associate, you will play an essential role for the client services teams. You will provide a high level of organization in client relationship management via our client management software, phone and/or email. You will manage all incoming messages from a unified inbox as well as a small volume of inbound calls from clients. Using our digital access, you will secure monthly bank and credit card statements to allow for timely accounting work. You will obtain quarterly and annual tax documents to allow for timely tax work. You will download tax filings completed by the team and share them with clients via our client portal. Plus, you will be proactive and attentive to ensure the department runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced work environment with strong attention to detail, superior work ethic and a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Background in customer service required
  • Relevant experience includes: customer service, clerical skills, administrative skills
  • Elite concierge experience/background preferred
  • Experience in a professional service background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
