Role: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $35 – $45 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician II to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and commissioning commercial HVACR systems. This role involves working independently or as part of a skilled team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, startup, commission, and service commercial HVACR equipment and systems.
  • Analyze work orders, plan daily service schedules, and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and technical support.
  • Complete service documentation, including reports, logs, and inspection forms.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all service information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management to support company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing commercial HVACR systems.
  • Experience operating a service vehicle and performing field service work.
  • VRF system experience preferred; BAS/DDC controls experience desired.
  • Must have own tools and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Local candidates only.
