Business Development Representative (Home Health or Hospice Sales Experience)

relationship-driven Business Development Representative with a background in home
health, hospice, or community-based healthcare. This role allows you to use empathy,

About the Role
The Business Development Representative will serve as a vital connection between Prevail
Health Services and healthcare providers throughout Texas. You will use your experience
in healthcare outreach and patient-centered communication to identify opportunities for
patients who may benefit from in-home lymphedema compression therapy. Your strength
in building meaningful relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, and care teams
will be key to helping more patients receive the relief, comfort, and confidence they
deserve. Full support and development will be provided to help you represent Prevail's
services with professionalism and purpose.

- A heartfelt commitment to improving patient outcomes through compassionate lymphedema compression care
Flexibility and Compensation
This position offers flexibility and can be structured as full-time, part-time, or 1099
consultant depending on your schedule and goals. Hybrid work options are available,
combining remote outreach with in-person visits to providers and clinics. Compensation
includes base pay plus a generous performance-based bonus structure designed to
reward initiative, relationship strength, and measurable outcomes.

Pay: $65, $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
