Prevail Health Services is seeking experienced and well-connected Business Development
Consultants to join our growing team. These consultants will act as strategic partners,
leveraging their professional networks across the healthcare community to create
meaningful connections and open doors for in-home lymphedema compression care
services. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the healthcare landscape and
want to make an impact by helping patients access compassionate lymphedema
compression care that improves comfort, mobility, and quality of life.
About the Role
The Business Development Consultant serves as a bridge between Prevail Health Services
and healthcare providers such as long-term care facilities, hospital case managers, vein
and wound care clinics, internal medicine offices, and rehabilitation centers. Consultants
use their existing relationships to make key introductions to decision-makers, helping us
reach patients who can benefit from our compression therapy programs.
We are not seeking traditional sales representatives. Instead, we are looking for
professionals who can identify and connect us with qualified referral partners and
potential patient sources. Generous compensation is based on the quality and level of
opportunity brought to the table. Each opportunity will be reviewed and priced individually,
depending on the scope, quality, and potential outcome.
Ideal Candidates May Include
- Current or former clinicians, administrators, and medical sales representatives
- Individuals with existing networks in wound care, lymphedema therapy, vascular, or post-acute care settings
- Professionals experienced in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or referral development
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and with professionalism
- Understanding of referral pathways and patient access within the healthcare system
- Self-motivated individuals who can bring immediate value and hit the ground running from day one
Flexibility and Compensation
This position offers flexibility in schedule and structure. We are open to part-time W2, full time W2, or 1099 consultant arrangements. Compensation varies depending on the opportunity and may range from $1,000 to $5,000 per month or more based on results and scope of engagement.
