About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and uphold the quality, consistency, and integrity that our guests have come to love.

As part of our leadership team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence, developing and supporting our kitchen team, and ensuring efficient, well-organized operations every day.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
  • Lead, train, and support kitchen staff to maintain a positive, productive team culture
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost to meet operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with leadership on menu execution and seasonal updates
  • Maintain equipment and kitchen cleanliness, scheduling maintenance as needed
  • Monitor prep levels and production to ensure smooth service throughout the day
  • Foster clear communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role)
  • Strong knowledge of culinary operations, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
  • Passion for fresh, healthy, chef-driven food

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60, % annual performance bonus
