Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As an early pillar in our finance department, you will be responsible for financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support the company's growth trajectory.

The Role

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by gathering data, preparing reports, and conducting variance analyses.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Support cash flow management and capital planning initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
