Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a
Financial Planner
to provide comprehensive retirement and financial wellness guidance to large-scale clients. This role plays a pivotal part in helping participants achieve their long-term financial goals by delivering tailored advice, expert consultations, and personalized solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver certified, comprehensive financial plans for large client accounts.
  • Engage clients in needs-based conversations to understand their financial objectives and recommend appropriate strategies, including investment, savings, and retirement solutions.
  • Provide education and guidance on retirement readiness, rollovers, managed accounts, investment allocations, savings strategies, HSAs, distributions, and broader financial wellness topics.
  • Act as an Investment Adviser Representative, reviewing client portfolios and recommending strategies through managed account services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, personalizing each interaction and using a consultative approach.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to implement financial decisions on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions using CRM and internal systems.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support continuous learning.
  • Educate clients about and enroll them into managed account solutions when appropriate.
  • Support long-term client relationships by providing high-touch service throughout all phases of their financial journey.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; MBA preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required.
  • Life insurance license (to be obtained within corporate timelines).
  • FINRA fingerprinting compliance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in financial planning.
  • Ability to assess a client's full financial picture, including investments, insurance, tax planning, education savings, and estate considerations.
