This opportunity is ideal for an established professional with significant experience in antitrust matters, particularly involving damages assessments and economic valuations. The firm is especially interested in individuals who bring a strong book of business, a robust network of legal contacts, and a proven track record of testifying as an expert witness in complex disputes. The position offers flexibility in location, including London, New York, or remote arrangements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in antitrust damages, valuations, and litigation consulting
  • Recognized testifying expert with a history of courtroom and deposition experience
  • Strong existing relationships with attorneys and law firms
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and lead engagements
  • Background from a top-tier consultancy, expert witness firm, or academic institution
  • Advanced degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead testifying expert in high-value antitrust litigation and arbitration matters
  • Maintain and grow a personal book of business while developing new client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with law firms and legal teams on complex financial disputes
  • Deliver expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial appearances
  • Contribute to shaping and scaling the antitrust and valuations practice within the firm
