As we scale, we're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our finance operations with excellence, precision, and initiative.

Who We Are Looking For

We're hiring a Staff Accountant with a strong foundation in manufacturing finance and a sharp command of NetSuite. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment, and be confident managing inventory, cost accounting, and transactional accuracy across a fast-paced production operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, takes ownership of their numbers, and works well cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and leadership. You'll be expected to keep the books clean, processes tight, and financial data fully aligned with our mission to deliver excellence.

This position is open to remote work depending on candidates location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Perform daily and monthly accounting for inventory, raw materials, COGS, and WIP
  • Maintain financial data and workflows in NetSuite, ensuring clean and organized records
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to track inventory movement and valuation
  • Assist in month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
  • Reconcile inventory sub-ledgers and perform periodic audits and cycle counts
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial processes and adherence to internal controls
  • Support year-end audits and tax prep as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (preferred or required)
  • Familiarity with inventory accounting, standard costing, and product movement through manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal accounting controls
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally with other departments
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
