Account ManagerJob DescriptionAt DRIVE, we help independent auto repair shops grow and succeed. We're looking for a Client Account Manager who's more than an account manager—you're a sales leader, problem solver, and trusted advisor. You'll proactively manage accounts, uncover opportunities, and drive growth for both your clients and our company.What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of coaching and marketing clients.
  • Conduct 10 MAP calls per week with coaches and 25 solo check-in calls with clients.
  • Re-engage inactive clients weekly to generate new opportunities.
  • Create your own leads—don't wait for them.
  • Own and manage a full sales pipeline; log all calls and sales activity in NetSuite.
  • Attend Welcome Calls and Quarterly MAP Calls to strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver great results and drive client success.

  • Proven success in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, relationship, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, "no excuses" mindset.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM tools (preferred).
  • A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
