We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team. This role will focus heavily on accounts payable while also supporting broader accounting operations, including payment workflows, credit card expense tracking, and general ledger activity. The ideal candidate has deep experience with NetSuite, understands eCommerce platforms (especially Amazon), and is excited to help build scalable financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage working capital, including cash forecasting and credit card/line of credit oversight.
  • Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate COGS and inventory accounting.
  • Conduct operational analysis on logistics and COGS.
  • Maintain and enhance NetSuite, including chart of accounts, GL mappings, saved searches, and reporting workflows.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries using NetSuite as required.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records within NetSuite.
  • Monitor and reconcile eCommerce transactions (e.g., Amazon settlements, Shopify payouts, chargebacks).
  • Utilize project management skills to execute financial and operational projects from inception to completion.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience; eCommerce or CPG industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep experience with NetSuite ERP, including saved searches, reports, and system workflows.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, settlement reports, and third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control best practices.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliations).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
