Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Build and maintain working relationships with the Flight Representatives and ACS sales departments.
  • Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate Flight Representatives to maximize coverage and efficiency, including assigning one representative to multiple flights where appropriate.
  • Act as the main point of contact for charter consultants globally, ensuring all Flight Representatives receive all necessary information to deliver a seamless service on the day of the flight.
  • Monitor booking forms and report data whilst proactively liaising with consultants to arrange Flight Representative coverage.
  • Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Ensure Flight Representatives complete post-flight visit reports via the Flight Rep App/email template to keep accurate service records.
  • Lead on projects to assist on the future growth of the Flight Representative department (e.g. review data to validate Flight Representative growth)
  • Collaborate closely with non-sales departments, recognizing their vital role in ACS's overall success.
  • Adapt communication style to suit the needs of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Suite
