SUMMARY

Administers the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) GMax, specializing in the accurate and timely processing of incoming forms for asset induction. Ensures meticulous data entry, lifecycle management, and adherence to Gilead's standards. Requires strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on data integrity.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Process incoming forms for new asset induction into the CMMS.


• Manage asset lifecycle activities within the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy.


• Create and maintain job plans and preventive maintenance/calibration schedules.


• Generate reports related to asset induction and lifecycle management.


• Provide customer support for asset induction processes.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset information.


• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by providing relevant CMMS data.


• Perform data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy.


• Collaborate with facility specialists and management to ensure proper asset integration.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


• 2+ years of experience in CMMS administration or data management, with a focus on asset induction.


• Demonstrated proficiency in processing data within CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo preferred).


• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.


• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.


• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established procedures.


• Knowledge of GMP and non-GMP asset management principles.


• Ability to recognize data deviations and inconsistencies.
