Pay Range: $41 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop self-paced, virtual, and instructor-led learning programs supporting Medical Affairs capabilities and scientific engagement.
  • Develop assessments, surveys, and dashboards to measure learning effectiveness and identify performance gaps.
  • Support LMS design, deployment, and content management; ensure compliance with instructional design and quality standards.
  • Apply evidence-based learning models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, ADKAR) to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Appeals ,grievances.
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
  • Proven experience designing and developing training in Oncology, Virology, or Medical Affairs settings.
  • Proficiency with Storyline, Rise, InDesign, PowerPoint, and other eLearning tools.
  • Experience working within pharma, biotech, or clinical organizations preferred
