What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while fostering a culture of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Four-year degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Existing passion for wine, food and spirits and a willingness and desire to continuously expand your knowledge base.
  • Integrity, accountability and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.
  • A natural passion for hospitality and a keen attention to details.

  • Proven experience as a G.M. or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
