ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy and Thought Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Spearhead the creation of high-quality, authoritative thought leadership content (e.g., white papers, industry reports, executive Q&As) that establishes our company and leadership team as experts.
- Identify emerging industry trends and topics to ensure our content remains timely, relevant, and differentiated.
- Manage the end-to-end production of all blog content, including ideation, writing, editing, SEO/GEO optimization, and scheduling.
- Own all website copy, ensuring brand consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in communicating our value proposition across all pages.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable marketing materials.
- Maintain a detailed content calendar, managing deadlines and workflows for internal and external contributors.
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Create compelling, platform-specific social media copy and visual briefs that reflect the brand voice.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze trends, and adapt strategy to maximize reach and impact.
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent tone, style, and voice across all communication channels and content assets.
- Develop and maintain content guidelines and style guides for the organization.
- Track, analyze, and report on key content marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Use data and audience feedback to continually optimize content performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B or technology
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional content across various formats (blog posts, website copy, social media).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing thought leadership strategies.
- Proven expertise in social media strategy and management, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO/AI search principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
