Hotel Front Desk Guest Service Attendant

Crowne Plaza Greenville is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Guest Service Associate/Weekend Night Auditor.
Scope :
Ensures guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest.
Primary Responsibilities :
Registers guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner
Prepares for group check in and check out as well as VIP arrivals.
Becomes informed of events/functions in the hotel
Process customer payments according to policies and procedures during the check out process
Responds to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services and facilities
Provides guests information regarding local events and attractions as well as directions
Book reservations and coordinate with reservation center
Issue and maintain controls of guest safe-deposit boxes
Respond quickly to guest requests/complaints in friendly manner and take appropriate action; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide a professional appearance at all times as outlined by policies and procedures
Follow all company policies and procedures
Knowledge of the local area and attractions
Willing to work all three shifts as needed.
Education :
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience :
Customer Service Experience Required
Hotel Service Experience Preferred
Skills :
Interpersonal and Communication skills required
Computer Skills
Typing
Work Requirements :
May be asked to work overtime
Must be able to pass background check
