Clayton Services is searching for an
Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative
to join a thriving company in the Houston area. The
Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative
will be responsible for driving new business and expanding market share through the sale of HVAC service agreements to industrial chemical plants and refineries.

Job Type:
Direct Hire

Pay Rate:
$70,000-$90,000/year plus bonus and commission

Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate Greater Houston and the Gulf Coast's industrial HVAC market with a focus on chemical plants and refineries
  • Sell long-term HVAC nested service agreements tailored to industrial clients' compliance and reliability needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, engineers, and key decision-makers within industrial facilities
  • Conduct site assessments and present customized service solutions that maximize system uptime and energy efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, negotiate terms, and close new service contracts
  • Partner with service operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Track activity, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report regularly on sales progress
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and growth objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC service solutions for industrial environments, including refineries and chemical plants
  • Proven ability to sell HVAC nested service agreements to industrial clients
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and present technical solutions in a clear, value-driven manner
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals

Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial HVAC service sales with demonstrated success selling to refineries and chemical plants
  • Established client network in the Houston and Gulf Coast industrial market is strongly preferred
