About Us

We are a fast-growing home-services company providing Pest Control, HVAC, and Plumbing solutions across the Houston metro area. We are expanding our Pest Control division and seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals who want to earn top pay based on performance and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of field work, customer service, and sales, and who wants the freedom to earn significantly more than a standard hourly technician.

Position Overview

As a Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative, you will perform diagnostic inspections, provide treatments, educate customers about prevention, and recommend additional services when appropriate.

This is a high-earning role with performance-based commission, bonus spiffs, and sales incentives.

Pay Structure

Performance-based pay

Commission on all approved sales

Spiffs for add-on services, quarterly programs, and upgrades

Average earnings: $55,000–$95,000+ / year (top earners exceed $100k)

Responsibilities

  • Perform pest control inspections and apply treatments safely and effectively
  • Identify pest issues and propose solutions
  • Educate customers on treatment plans and ongoing prevention
  • Recommend additional services (quarterly maintenance, exclusion work, rodent sealing, mosquito services, etc.)
  • Close sales using a consultative sales approach
  • Document work performed, products used, and customer recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company standards
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Upsell memberships, bundles, and recurring service plans
  • Ensure compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture regulations (training provided)

Qualifications

  • Pest control experience preferred but not required (we train)
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Comfort with sales or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • TDA license a plus (Licensed Applicator or Technician)
