About the Role

Maffucci Moving & Storage, an interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines, is expanding our Commercial Division and seeking a Project Manager to oversee office relocations, FF&E installations, liquidations, decommissioning, and storage logistics projects.

This is a hands-on, field-driven position where you'll coordinate all aspects of commercial moves—from planning and scheduling through on-site execution—ensuring each project runs safely, efficiently, and on time.

You'll work closely with clients, operations, and field crews to deliver exceptional results while maintaining project visibility through CRM and project management tools.

  • North Amityville, NY (Headquarters)
  • 124 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY (Manhattan Office)

Primarily Field-Based: Regular on-site work across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial projects, including relocations, FF&E, decommissioning, and warehousing
  • Conduct pre-project walkthroughs and develop detailed plans, schedules, and crew assignments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate manpower, trucks, equipment, and materials
  • Supervise on-site execution to ensure safety, precision, and quality
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for resource alignment
  • Maintain project data and reporting using CRM and project management software

Note: Some evening and weekend work may be required based on project schedules.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, commercial moving, FF&E, facilities, or logistics
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Field or job site management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management software
  • Knowledge of office furniture systems, installations, and decommissioning logistics
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
